CROWN Pre-Approved Early Intervention Package Includes:
- 1 x initial session + 4 x subsequent sessions
- Short email following each session outlining - diagnosis, expected recovery, duties they expect they can do, progression update and next appointment date.
- No formal reporting is required unless specifically requested
- Escalation to W/C discussion process is via email or phone
- Consumables = maximum $50.00, approval required via phone or email for anything above this amount.

- If multiple discipline services are required, costings will be as per each allied health service separately.
