Terms and Conditions
1. Late cancellations and not attendances are charged in line with the RediMed Health Screenings policy.
2. It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure the worker is medically suitable to wear a respirator
3. RediMed reserve the right to cancel an appointment where the worker has not complied with the pre-testing requirements and cancellation fees will apply. These requirements are:
- Worker must bring photo identification to the appointment
- No eating, drinking or smoking (including cigarettes, vaping or cigars) in the 30 minutes prior to the test, as particles and smoke can damage the equipment and impact results.
- Worker must be clean shaven
4. RediMed will attempt to fit the preferred mask or hearing protection device of the customer in the first instance. If the preferred mask or HPD fails, RediMed can reattempt the test with a substitute mask or HPD where time permits. In the event RediMed are unable to obtain a pass result for the worker within the allocated appointment time, the appointment will be ceased and the worker will need to be rebooked.
5. Where a customer representative has requested a mask or hearing protection device that RediMed does not hold as part of it's standard stock, RediMed may not be able to offer testing for that specific type of equipment. RediMed will review the request and attempt to provide a suitable, alternative solution where possible.
